Lonnia Brooks

Lonnia is a compassionate, charismatic, hardworking and extremely energetic individual that ALWAYS has a smile on her face.  After donating a kidney and battling arthritis, Lonnia decided at age 46 that her health was too important to sweep under the rug, so she took the leap and hasn’t looked back.  Now, in her 50’s, Lonnia attributes her health and physical appearance to kettlebell and weight training.  She earned her SFG1 in October 2013.  As a wife, mother of three and grandmother to one, she loves being active with her family and keeping up with her grandson.  Lonnia understands the difficulties of starting a healthy life.  She had really never exercised and felt intimated going to a gym.  This is what drives her to work with clients that have physical limitations, or may be skeptical and intimidated by a “big box gym.”
